Nobody 2

If you loved the gritty, action-packed chaos of the first Nobody movie, then buckle up—Nobody 2 is on the way, and it’s bringing the mayhem to a small-town theme park. Bob Odenkirk returns as Hutch Mansell, the seemingly average family man with a not-so-average past as a government assassin. This time, Hutch is just trying to enjoy a nostalgic vacation with his family, but of course, things don’t go as planned. When they cross paths with a shady theme park operator, a crooked sheriff, and a ruthless crime boss, Hutch is forced to dust off his old skills and dive back into the violence he tried to leave behind.
Directed by Timo Tjahjanto in his English-language debut, and written by Derek Kolstad and Aaron Rabin, Nobody 2 promises more of the slick, brutal action and dark humor that made the first film a cult favorite. The cast is stacked with returning faces like Connie Nielsen as Becca, Hutch’s wife, RZA as his adopted brother Harry, and Christopher Lloyd as his badass dad, David. Newcomers to the chaos include Sharon Stone, Colin Hanks, and John Ortiz, each bringing fresh energy—and likely trouble—to the mix.
At just 89 minutes, the film looks to be a tight, fast-paced ride. If you’re into action thrillers with a bit of a wink, this one’s for you. Fans of the original will appreciate the continuation of Hutch’s story, and anyone who enjoys stylized violence, quirky characters, and family dynamics with a twist will likely have a blast.
On the flip side, if you’re not into intense action or stories where the main character solves problems with fists and firepower, this might not be your cup of tea. But for those who like their heroes a little rough around the edges and their vacations interrupted by gunfights, Nobody 2 is shaping up to deliver exactly that.
With a cast this strong and a director known for high-octane visuals, Nobody 2 looks ready to up the ante. Whether you're here for the action, the characters, or just to see Bob Odenkirk kick butt again, this sequel is one to watch out for.
